Under this agreement, the company is granted a usufruct license for a concrete building and a plot of land totaling 20 acres within the university’s property in New Borg El Arab City. The site is designated for the establishment of a higher education institution to host a branch of the Finnish Tampere University.
This approval aligns with the state’s broader efforts to enhance private sector participation in managing state facilities and providing diverse services at levels that meet international benchmarks.
